Engraving & Customization
Yes! We can engrave most customer-supplied items — just bring it by the showroom and our team will confirm if the material and shape are compatible with our equipment. Understand we can not guarantee the outcome on products we do not sell!
We work with metal, glass, acrylic, wood, leatherette, crystal, and more. We will not engrave on plated products because the finish will peel. Laminate transfer has worked well on some of these products.
Absolutely! We can engrave logos, graphics, and even photos using our laser and digital printing technology. Vector artwork (like an EPS, AI, or high-res PNG) produces the best results.
Yes — our UV printer allows for full-color printing on many surfaces, including acrylics, plaques, and gifts.
Of course! Whether it’s different names, titles, or messages, we’ll personalize each piece while keeping your design consistent.
Ordering & Turnaround
For standard engraving, we recommend 3-5 business days. Larger or custom projects (like corporate awards or holiday gifting) should be planned 3–4 weeks in advance when possible.
Yes! We know deadlines sneak up sometimes. Rush orders are available depending on our schedule and material availability — give us a call, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

We will do our best to match the brand colors. Some processes do not offer color matching, and we would communicate that with you. Provide your logo and color details, and we’ll make sure everything aligns with your brand guidelines.

Lead times vary, but most items arrive within 1–3 weeks depending on customization and quantity.

Absolutely. We encourage it! Our showroom is full of samples so you can touch and feel the materials and compare styles before ordering.
Yes — there’s free and easy parking right outside our showroom entrance.
Of course! You can pick up your finished items directly from our showroom once we notify you that your order is ready.
