PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Job Summary

Produces personalized products safely, efficiently, and accurately using company equipment while protecting approved artwork, materials, deadlines, and quality standards.

Primary Accountabilities

Operate assigned production equipment after training and authorization. Verify the work order, proof, material, quantity, and setup before starting. Complete engraving, printing, cutting, personalization, and assembly accurately. Inspect work during production and correct issues before passing work forward. Report unclear instructions, file issues, material concerns, or unexpected results immediately. Maintain equipment and work areas according to company standards. Continue developing skills across additional machines and production methods.

Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Job Type: Full-time

Location: Awards & Engraving Showroom, located at 1214 Massey Tompkins, Baytown, TX 77521. This is NOT a remote position.
